What the Business Does

It also offers a journal that can be used as a guide.

The journal is led by Unconscious Mind Therapist Robert Hisee.

The co-founder Ted Lawlor told Small Business Trends, "[It] teaches the user how to manifest their desires and improve their mental health."

Business Niche

A scientific method is followed.

Lawlor states, "Our journal's main focus is using scientific evidence to explain manifestation and show you how to implement specific processes in your daily life."

How the Business Got Started

Based on personal experience of manifestation.

In the midst of Depression, Lawlor worked with Hisee and refined his manifesting practice. Together, they wrote the journal.

Biggest Win

Sending their message.

Lawlor states, "Our biggest win as a business was appearing on TV to share our story and explain our mission to help people across the country understand and implement manifestation."

Biggest Risk

In bulk purchases of their products.

As many businesses that are based on products can confirm, purchasing your first product can be a stressful experience. It's likely that you're not sure what quantity you'll be able to sell. In addition, buying in bulk is often required.

Lawlor says, "But they sold out in the preorder stage in just our first few weeks of starting the business."

Lesson Learned

Utilize influencer marketing.

Lawlor clarifies, "If I started over from scratch, I'd begin by sending out more journals to influential people and celebrities to help promote the product and generate a massive trend in the marketplace.

"I believe this because we had tremendous success with our smaller influencer marketing campaigns. However, it was beneficial to have done this on a larger scale earlier in the process."

How They'd Spend an Extra $100,000

Expanding their reach throughout the globe.

Lawlor declares, "I would set up supply chains globally (with associated marketing) in order for the journal to reach people more efficiently and effectively. I would also develop an app that distributes good content to a wider size."

Business Philosophy

Go along with the flow.

Lawlor states, "Myself and my business partner run the company on a very spontaneous basis without a strategy. We do what we want to do at the moment. It's been working so far."
